Medieval Christian Mysticism
The "Showings" of St. Juliana of Norwich

Juliana of Norwich, England, was 30 years old when she received her revelation, written down 20 years later. Her most famous phrase is "All shall Be Well" and the tiny hazelnut. A loyal Roman Catholic living before the Reformation, the Church of England (Anglican) marked her as a saint in 1980, as the first woman theologian of England

Retired from Hospice Services and author of "On Angels Eve: Meningful Ways Fringds and Family can support the Dying." She has written of Dame Juliana's theology of hope and divine love.

The Last Week: Passion of Jesus
"The Last Week" by Marcus Borg and John Dominic Crossan

Professors Borg and Crossan are leading scholars of the "historical Jesus," now co-authors of a new volume on Jesus' last week: from Palm Sunday to the aftermath of Good Friday. The authors respond to Mel Gibsons's film "The Passion of the Christ" by using the Gospel of Mark as their guide.

Retired after serving four congreations in New York City, the most recent being 25 years in Brooklyn, he is president of the North American coalition for Christianity and Ecology.
